Who will I talk to?

Kyle Fredette, co-founder of Seacoast Cited. Every call and email goes straight to him, not to a sales team or a call center. If your project is mostly about social media or branding, Kyle will loop in Kailah Fredette, who runs that side of the studio.

How fast will I hear back?

Usually the same business day, and always within one business day. If you asked for a call, Kyle calls at the time you picked. If you asked for an email, you get a real reply written to your business, not an automated sequence.

Does it cost anything to talk?

No. The first conversation is free and there is no obligation. Kyle will tell you what he would do, which published package or service fits, and what it costs. If you only need a fix or two you can make yourself, he will tell you that too.
